The Cathedral of San Cristoforo overlooks the village from above, with a view sweeping across the Apuan Alps. The historic centre is a maze of alleys, small squares and medieval corners.
It's a destination that deserves a full day. Combine a visit to the cathedral, a stroll through the centre, a coffee in the square and dinner in one of the village's restaurants.
